With BHN, you have a trusted, expert-built resource alongside the option for personalized guidance — bringing calmness and clarity to your healthcare journey.
BHN is for anyone who has ever felt confused, overwhelmed, or unsupported navigating the healthcare system. That includes:
People managing a new diagnosis · Caregivers navigating care for a loved one · People with chronic or complex conditions · Those facing insurance questions or referral confusion · Anyone who wants to feel more prepared and informed

AI tools can explain medical terms or summarize information, but they can't understand the context of your situation — your history, your concerns, your communication needs, or the realities of navigating the healthcare system.
BHN gives you something AI can't: human judgment, lived experience, and personalized guidance from a Registered Nurse who has been on both sides of the system.

Navigation Beacon is an ongoing relationship where your health information is retained over time, patterns are tracked, and your navigator builds a complete picture of your situation. The longer you're a member, the more valuable it becomes.
